Entry Requirements
To access the official Master’s Degrees it will be necessary to have an official Spanish Bachelor’s Degree or other issued by another higher education institution belonging to other State in the European Higher Education Area which guarantees
- To have enough knowledges in Analytical, Physical, Inorganic and Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Chemical Engineering.
- To have basic knowledges in Mathematics, Physics and Biology.
- To have a sufficient experimental preparation to handle materials and to perform usual tasks in chemical laboratories.
- To rely on competences and skills related with the use of the most common IT applications.
- To have enough English knowledge to understand lectures, scientific texts, documents, workshops and conferences (at least an acknowledged B1 level). The Committee will interview those students who haven’t got a B1 level to check they can follow the Master’s Degree classes without difficulties.
- To show interest on the Master’s Degree and show work capacity.
Students who have studied outside Spain may be admitted without the need to homologate their degree, provided that they accredit a level of training equivalent to the corresponding Spanish access qualifications, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree-Law 1393/2007 and 861/2010.
Entry profile
This Master’s Degree is open to graduates with sufficient scientific or technological education to be able to address the most advanced aspects of Chemistry or to start in Chemical Research, so that they can address and solve the problems presented by industry and society, promoting research both fundamental an applied level, as well as development and innovation at the business level.
